Exchange 2007 – Export or Import Mailbox’s to PST files

Give Admin to Full access of Damon’ s mailbox from the Console

then from SHELL and RUN
export-mailbox -identity damon -pstfolderpath c:\TEMP

import-mailbox -identity damon -pstfolderpath c:\TEMP\damon.pst
